Flower delivery from Ferntree Gully, across Knox and the Hills
Our own drivers deliver Monday to Saturday. Order by 2pm on weekdays, or 12pm on Saturday, and your flowers can go out today.
Order by 2pm for today
Weekday orders placed by 2pm, and Saturday orders by 12pm, are delivered the same day. Anything later goes out on our next delivery day. On Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day we may close same-day orders earlier.
When they’ll arrive
Homes receive their flowers by 7pm. Businesses and schools are delivered while they’re open, so if someone leaves early, add their finish time to the delivery notes. We don’t deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery is priced by suburb. You’ll see the exact fee at checkout before you pay.

Handy to know
Peak days
On Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and the days just before Christmas, deliveries carry a $5 peak-day surcharge. The dates are listed on each of those pages. Picking up from the shop never attracts a surcharge.
Funerals
Everyday deliveries don’t have set times, but funerals do. Tick This order is for a funeral at checkout and add the venue and the start time of the service, and we’ll deliver at least 1 hour before it begins. Please order by 12pm the day before. For Saturday services, call 03 9758 5407 before ordering.
Nobody home?
We’ll leave the flowers in a safe, shaded place where they’ll be seen. If that isn’t possible, for example behind a locked gate, we’ll bring them back to the shop and call you to rebook. A redelivery fee may apply, based on the new address, and we’ll always tell you the amount first.
Hospitals, offices and funeral homes
We deliver to the front desk or reception. Add the ward, department or service details to your delivery notes. Some hospitals don’t accept lilies or plants in certain wards, so it’s worth checking before you order.
Double-check the details
Please check the recipient’s name, address and phone number before you place your order. A redelivery fee may apply if the address is incorrect.
Wine and champagne
Orders that include alcohol are never left unattended. Someone 18 or over needs to be there to accept them.
